Gifford Lake is a beautiful and clean spring-fed lake with water that warms your body and soul. The crystal still water is fresh and inviting to take a morning swim. The lake is approximately 35-40 acres and has direct access to the West Branch of Fish Creek which flows into the Westdale Pond and the Mad River. Canoeists and kayakers can spend their days along the rivers and take in the scenery and spectacular wildlife such as deer, birds, geese, and osprey.

Our location is very private. We are the only residential property on Gifford Lake, so there are no other homes or businesses to disturb your vacation. You will have no neighbors except for us (And we are quiet). We are the closest you can get to having your own lake in New York!
